If you wish to return items you can return them within 28 days from the date the delivery is received for an exchange or refund.
Please contact [email protected] with your order number to request a returns form.
The buyer must pay the return postage, and package the item appropriately to avoid damage in transit. It is the customers responsibility until we receive the item.
If items are tampered with, a refund will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Dependant of the method of payment used, you may need to contact your bank to confirm when the funds will be returned.
